Prices and styles

[See the 'more examples' page of the carrd, or my KoFi, for more exs.]Style 1 (left): Finished illustration. Lineart and coloring sketchy/loose in places. Shading/colors grounded in reality. Option for drawn background.
Style 2 (right): Sketchy impressionistic drawing with unrealistic coloring. The line between lineart/coloring/shading is blurred, and I choose exactly how things are done. Details may be simplified or abstracted.

Extras
Background (style 1 only):
- abstract colors or royalty-free image: free default
- relatively simple drawn background: $20 or 40

Things that may increase complexity: full suit of armor - gacha game-level outfit detailing - things in my "might draw" section - dynamic or heavily foreshortened pose - lots of props - man-made structures like furniture and building exteriors

Will/won't draw

I can refuse a commission for any reason, regardless of whether my will/won’t draw and/or TOS suggest I should be okay with it.

About design work:
- I am willing to do SOME design work to the tune of synthesising multiple almost-correct references, or working from a detailed verbal description.
- I am not willing to design an entire character from scratch based on vibes.

Commission process & TOS

Commission process

- You send me your request and references, I ask for any clarifications I need
- Pay up front. Either I send a PP invoice to your email, or you go thru Ko-Fi
- I send regular updates of sketch, design (if applicable), lineart, colors, etc.
- The finished product will be sent digitally

Terms of Service

You will agree to these terms when you pay the invoice. It is assumed you have read, understood, and agreed to them.
Timeline:
- The timeline listed on my commission status is an estimation for your reference, not a hard rule. I have unpredictable disabilities and cannot always guarantee timely results.
Adjustments:
- Adjustments are free and expected during sketch phase.
- Adjustments after sketch phase may incur additional fees depending on how drastic they are. It is hard for me to change things during lineart/coloring phase.
Permitted use cases:
- I own the rights to the commissioned artwork. Do not claim it as your own. Modifying it does not make it your own. You may use it only in the below circumstances.
- I have the right to post the finished product on my socials to promote my business. If you don't want to be associated with it, I can leave your (user)name out.
- Personal use only: displaying in your room, using in your oc’s biography, showing to friends
- Not for commercial use: reselling (neither image nor, if I did design work, the design), display on business page, use in commercial advertisements
- Only share the SIGNED final product WITH CREDIT.
- Do not share my WIPs.
Refunds:
- 50% refund available before I move past the sketch phase. No refunds afterward.
- If I take more time than the suggested estimated timeline, this is not grounds for a refund.
- In extenuating circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission, I may issue other refunds at other times at my discretion.
- If you have received a refund, all TOS still applies. Remember, you may not share any WIPs.
